Thread: No outbound email

    Default No outbound email

    I have the latest version of sugar and used the full stack installer. I installed it on Windows 2003 Server.

    all runs fine except I cannot get it to send emails either by sendmail or SMTP.

    Can anyone help? I cannot even get a log to find out what is going wrong.

    Are there no errors in sugarcrm.log file?
    Are you behind a firewall?
