Default No "Possible Actions" drop down list

All of the tutorials that I have read said that there should be a dropdown list called "Possible Actions" as one of the options in the "email handling options" sub panel of the "Inbound email setup" page. I do not see this drop down list here.

I do not even such a list in the drop down menu list in Admin

Any ideas on how to get this to show up?

In 5.5.1 since the creation of "Bounce Handling Accounts" are separated from General inbound email accounts the possible actions drop down was depreciated.

On the left hand menu you now have

    • New Group Mail Account
    • New Bounce Handling Account

There were only 2 actions, bounce handling and case creation. The new Bounce Handling Account link takes care of the first one and the Create Cases checkbox on that screen handles the second action.

Thank kbrill. Some of those older tutorials really confuse me on the GUI end of things
