No RichText Editor In Reply Email

Not sure if there is supposed to be a rich text editor or not.

When I go to create a new email template then the rich text editor is available with all the editing options such as "link text" "tables" and so forth, however when I am replying to an email within sugarcrm, there is just a plain default editor with no real options other then font type, size, etc...


Is there a way to turn this on for the reply email?

I encounter the same problem, the only solution I have found so far is switching back to Internet Explorer.

unfortunately it doesn't show up in IE either.
