No role definition

Hello,

I have a problem ... longer time ago, I defined roles, and also their access to which modules, etc.

Today, I wanted to change some actions in the roles ... but I can't do that. The great field with the tabs, where you can defined the actions with "Allow, Owner, ..." is disapeared. Only "No Actions Defined" is read, and nothing else ....! I don't know where the problem is ... maybe in the database! But I have to defined roles with actions, so what should I do???
