no shortcuts menu in a custom module

Hi,

I have two SugarCE 5.2.0e, one is for production and the other for staging. In the staging -> ModuleBuilder I'm making some custom modules and then Publish and install in production via Module Loader. The problem is that in the production there is no menu shortcuts in the custom modules. Now I've made new package (really simple, with one module of type "Basic" and no customizations) then again publish and install via module loader in production sugar. Still do not have shortcuts for that simple new module. In the ModuleBuilder there's labels like "Create MyModule" and "My MyModule" but they are gone in studio of the production.

Do I have to add the shortcut menus manually?

Which are the versions for the staging and production system?

5.2.0e CE both, clean install.
Now I'm creating manually the menus and include them in the manifest file.
