No tabs after install - only Home

I am installing the Sugar 4.50b Professional full installation

I have done this twice now and it seems to go through without any errors but when started up, there is only a Home tab. going into Admin to manage tabs shows only thehome tab.

Where have all the other tabs gone?

Solved - they came back after registering!
