No Trash Folder

I installed the software and all is well however, I do not have a visible TRASH folder.
I have the following folders:
My Email
- My Drafts
- Sent email

I delete files and when I right click on My Email, I get the option to empty trash.

WHERE IS TRASH?
How do you recover deleted files?
