No User module in Studio

I would like to add a custom field to the Users module but Users doesn't show up a module in Studio. I have two versions with the same situation 6.0.2 and 6.2.1,

Create an empty script in modules/Users/metadata/studio.php
This will enable you creating custom fields in Users module, but you will need to add these new fields in layout by hand, editing the html file.
