Non admin cannot view tasks

For some reason, if you go into tasks, nobody can see the list view, except for admin. No roles are assigned at all. What would cause this? You can go to accounts and see the tasks attached to the accounts, but there is no way view all of your own tasks

Have you tried echoing the list query in your Task module?

Is error_reporting ON?
