    Default Non Campaign outbound e-mail - advanced info

    Hi,

    how do we get to know the detailed status of a non campaign based e-mail sent from a user inbox.

    Scenario

    1. User logs in and reads an group inbox e-mail
    2. User replies to this e-mail
    3. The current status for this is sent/send error
    4. how do i know whether this is delivered/bounced..?
    5. How do i know if this mail is read/unread?

    Any help on this is appreciated.
