    Question Not able to access the activities subpanel

    Hi all

    I am facing one problem regarding the Activity Sub panel.
    I am not able to access the any input box in the activity sub panel. All the input box become disabled when i click on the "Create Task" button in the Activity sub panel.

    I add one screen shot for this

    I am using SugarCRM Professional Version 6.2.0 (Build 6354).

    Role settings for that user to task module / task fields ok?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reply

    I am able to access the field in the full form but when i click on save its not saving the Task, Meetings and Log calls.

    I don't know what is the problem ?

    Which browser are you using? I had problems with save button in some cases when using Firefox 4 (FF4 and newer releases are not fully supported with 6.2). With Google Chrome everything is ok. Maybe you could try this.

    Hi recommend you try it on IE which shows in status bar the java script error, normally this issue is related to some script error.

    It could be caused by some customization made.

    Once you get this error message is easier try to find a solution for this.
