    Default not able to search on multi-select custom, v5.0.0b

    We're using v5.0.0b with SQL Server 2005. I created a drop down list then used it to create a multi-select custom field and added it to the Opportunities layout. We then populated the field. I then added the field to both the Basic Search and Advanced Search layouts but when I then try to search on that field I get the following message:

    "SQL Error : The data types text and varchar are incompatible in the is operator."

    Prior forum posts say this was to be fixed after the 4.5.1 release. Anyone know if this happened? If not, will it be in the 5.1 release? What's a good interim solution for us to use until it is?

    Hi,

    There were issues with multi-selects in 5.0.0b. Most were resolved in 5.0.0c/d.

    I would suggest upgrading
