    Default Not able to sort status

    Howdy,

    I have two installs of Sugar that I am 'supporting' one is mine one is for a friend. In my version I am able to sort by status in the default leads listview, but in theirs status is not able to be sorted by until AFTER they have performed some kind of search. Any thoughts/suggestions on the difference?

    What is the version of both SugarCRM instances?
    Can you provide zipped custom/modules/Leads/ of buggy instance?

    they are both CE v6.2, can I get that zip from inside of the studio or do I need to ftp onto the server? Also, I can submit screenshots of screens if it would be helpful?

    Go to Admin -> Studio -> Export Customization.
    Select all check boxes.
    Attach in your next post the installer.

    I can't see any clue in files.
    You will need to debug it.
    Rename the file custom/modules/Leads/metadata/SearchFields.php to custom/modules/Leads/metadata/bkp.SearchFields.php and try again.

    This is not a workaround, only a test to see if SearchFields.php is buggy.
