We have issued this one time before- sadly without any response!
But the issue is still there - we cannot read all incoming e-mails - and it does not matter if the are in rtf, txt, or html format. The body and head is empty - the only thing that is readable is the subject header.. The weirdest thing of it all is that sugarcrm randomly picks e-mails that is shown 100% percent normally with pictures and everything... And it's the same thing here txt, RTF, or html - it doesn't matter it just randomly picks what to show or not..
We hope that this is something that can be fixed - as e-mail is a crucial business tools that just should WORK - no matter what.
Running ms windows 2003 - mssql - IIS and patch c.
