I've set up a test of the campaign tool. When I send out a test mailing, I have an address that's deliberately incorrect. Sugar 4.5.1f does retrieve the bounced message via POP3 off the email server, but it doesn't treat it as a bounce.

In fact, it seems to treat it as a group message, but nothing shows up in the group message URL at the top of the page. It's only after clicking Take From Group in the emails module that the message shows up.

Here's what I've got configured. When I log in, my email is me@us.com. For inbound email, I've set up an inbound@us.com email address. In the inbound setup of the Admin module, I've set the username and password to the username and password for inbound@us.com on the POP3 server. I've set Possible Actions to Bounce Handling and group to the only group that exists, Us Group. I've set the From name to my name and the From address to inbound@us.com.

Then I run a test mailing. After running the cron job, the campaign shows the addresses sent out, but doesn't show a bounce. As I said, the only way to see there's a bounce is to Take From Group in the emails module, and then a message shows up. It doesn't seem to account for the bounce, though.

Am I missing something here?

Thanks,
David
