What Sugar version are you using?
What kind of issue with the email are you facing exactly?
What do you think the cookie monster eats ?
Actually i m using sugarcrm-5.0.0f version..
Steps To do Email Campaign:
1) create campaign
2) Inserting Tracker
3) Creating Targetlist and importing CSV file with list of email ids..
4) setup Email Account.. server ip: smpt.gmail.com port: 465
5) scheduling Email
7) sending mail.
These are the above steps which i m following to send email campaign in SugarCRM. But i didnt receive any email.
Do me a favour.....Thanx in advance

There are 3 places where SugarCRM 5.0x stores the email configuration:Originally Posted by maniram2202

Did you check all of them? Are you sure these settings are correct?
Especially in Email Settings, where it is crucial to store the right settings for email server...
Then, each user must have an email configured, did you check it?
If you are positive about all the previous, open Emails module and see if the account you want to get the mail is set properly.
