    Talking Not recieving emails

    I set up a report and set up the schedule for it to run, however I never received the email of the report.


    I have read through the professional user guide and the admin guide but can't seem to find any information that is helpful. The documentation is very vague.

    Does anyone have any information I can use to get this to function properly?

    Some ideas for you-
    1. If you are running Sugar in your own environment (not on SugarCRM's infrastructure), check to make sure you have the "Run Report Generation Scheduled Tasks" Scheduler running, which means it's set to Active and has the Date and Time start set correctly.
    2. Make sure the cron (Linux) or Tasks (Windows) job is running.
    3. Make sure your email is configured correctly so emails can be sent from the system.

    As a Pro or Enterprise user, you can also open a support case to have someone from the Support team walk you through the troubleshooting steps. Just go to support.sugarcrm.com, log in if you haven't already, and open a new case.

    I made the "run report..." active

    Where do I find Tasks????

    When you go into the scheduler (from the Admin screen), at the bottom of the page you'll see a line that explains what you need to do to for either Linux or Windows. For Windows, you need to create a task that runs on your machine that executes the correct file.

    Check out the Administrator guide, Scheduler section, for details on how to configure this.

    Hi,

    I am using sugar pro 5.2.0f version + Linux

    i also getting same error.

    cron is working fine.

    i ran the cron.php manually i am getting mail.

    but i am not gettting automatically

    what is the problem now?
