    Exclamation Not Sorting Leads Correctly!!

I have been having an issue with my leads sorting improperly. You will notice that when I sort by the property value (the numbers on the left), that it sorts just by the two first digits. Notice how it sorts 87797 above 864020 when it should sort 864020 above 87797...

The numbers to the right are zip codes and they are all the same amount of digits and always sort correctly. The sorting issue with property value may have something to do with the amount of digits not being the same for every value of which then causes only the first two digits to be taken into account to be sorted.

I have looked around everywhere for a solution and have found nothing. Thank you.

Is the property value field a text field? If so, that would explain it.

How do I change it from a text field to something else that will sort it properly? I'm a beginner with this crm. Thank you.

Create the field via Studio under Admin. There you'll be able to select the type, including integer or decimal, which is what you need.

Once you've got it created, you'll need to copy the values from the old field into the new one, but you'll need to do that through the backend via a database admin tool such as phpMyAdmin or SQLyog.
