Cool Not A Valid Entry Point (during Install)

I am running install.php and get through "Step 5: Confirm Settings", but when I hit next, I am presented with a screen that reads "Not A Valid Entry Point". Any clues as to what this means? I searched the forums but came up blank.

    - Win2K3 IIS6
    - PHP 4.4.2
    - MySQL 5.022
    - SUGARCRM 4.2.0

It does appear that my MySQL database and tables were created successfully, but other than that, I need help!

    Kind Regards,
    Gordon

Clean install or upgrade? UPGRADE in any way?

Clean install of MySQL, PHP, and Sugar today. IIS was installed earlier, but is up to date with all service packs and security updates according to WindowsUpdate.

What type of scenarios would cause this message?
