    Default Notes get duplicated while sending email

    Hi,

    I am using Sugarsuite-Full-4.0.0. Once if I send an e-mail from SugarCRM to a Client, the notes gets duplicated (Notes that are
    attached to Records). But strangely this happens only with few records, not with all. Probably one in ten to fifteen Records. And this happens only when I send an e-mail to the clients. If I add Notes to the record manually, no duplicates takes place.

    Sugar Suite = 4.0.0
    Webserver = Apache 1.3.29
    MySQL = 3.23

    Please give me a solution for this.
