    Post Notes Listview is blank (upgrade from CE to ENT)

    Hi there,

    I have just upgraded a customer from SugarCE to SugarENT.
    Everything seemed to go well, except that when you to go to Notes Listview (i.e. Activities tab > Notes), the whole screen goes blank.

    All other modules are fine (including Meetings and Calls Listviews). The Notes module is otherwise working fine too (I can create notes and look at Notes DetailViews in other ways).

    I thought this was a permission issue, but have reset the permission of all files/folders to user:user 755 (the max permission allowed).

    I am running PHP v5.2.10, MySQL v4.1.22 on a Centos 5.3 VPS, with Apache 2.1. This setup works fine for other SugarCRMs I have already set up. However, for this upgraded customer, I have this Notes problem (on both their production server and a development/clone server)

    The apache error_log doesn't show anything, and the sugarcrm.log doesn't show anything until you set the verbosity to INFO or higher (and I can't see anything wrong).

    I have also tried to Repair and Rebuild Sugar, but that hasn't made a difference.
    I've also repaired the Notes table in phpMyAdmin, but that seems ok too.

    Any help would be extremely appreciated, as the customer was supposed to go live today. If I'm missing any info, please let me know.

    Chances are the team_id column is not populated and in turn causing the problem.

    Take a look at that column in the Notes table via phpMyAdmin to see if it contains a value.

    Thanks very much for your reply Angel. team_id does seem to be populated.

    The issue has now been resolved (thanks to Chris Raffle).

    It transpires the default ListView was set to 500 records per page (very high), which affected the Notes Listview only (not others).

    Increasing the memory_limit in php.ini from 40M to 128M resolved this issue, which makes sense.
    It also resolved another issue of time-based workflows not kicking in... which does sound very strange.

    Hope that's helpful to anyone else having the same problem.
