I have just upgraded a customer from SugarCE to SugarENT.
Everything seemed to go well, except that when you to go to Notes Listview (i.e. Activities tab > Notes), the whole screen goes blank.
All other modules are fine (including Meetings and Calls Listviews). The Notes module is otherwise working fine too (I can create notes and look at Notes DetailViews in other ways).
I thought this was a permission issue, but have reset the permission of all files/folders to user:user 755 (the max permission allowed).
I am running PHP v5.2.10, MySQL v4.1.22 on a Centos 5.3 VPS, with Apache 2.1. This setup works fine for other SugarCRMs I have already set up. However, for this upgraded customer, I have this Notes problem (on both their production server and a development/clone server)
The apache error_log doesn't show anything, and the sugarcrm.log doesn't show anything until you set the verbosity to INFO or higher (and I can't see anything wrong).
I have also tried to Repair and Rebuild Sugar, but that hasn't made a difference.
I've also repaired the Notes table in phpMyAdmin, but that seems ok too.
Any help would be extremely appreciated, as the customer was supposed to go live today. If I'm missing any info, please let me know.
