Notes related to 2 modules at the same time

Hello, I am using Notes module using his subpanel from module Calls. This same Notes wants to be displayed on module accounts too.

Let me be more clear:

I create a note from module Calls - this same note I want to be displayed too (like a copy) on module accounts. Taking the account from Calls.

The created call should also have the relation to Accounts module, then only in Accounts module, the same call will be listed.

Thanks for the answering, but then would be not displayed on notes subpanel from calls. I want to be displayed on both when is created from Calls module.
