Nothing beeing displayed at Additional Details in projects

Hi! i´m having a problem.
my version is SugarCRM CE 5.0.0.f installed with linux faststack on ubuntu server 7.0

So;... in the list view in the projects module when i try to see the Additional Details pop up it isn´t displayng any information.... what to do?

I had a similar problem, just that it wouldn't populate the taskslist or detailview. But the tasks would show up at the homepage/dashboard. Seemed to be a problem with the cache and filepermission/ownership.

The first thing to try is the repair-button in the Admin-panel, just try to fix random stuff there and see if it helps. This didn't do it for me though.

I fixed this the hard way by installing a new instance of Sugar, connecting it to the old database (be sure to do this manually AFTER you've installed the new instance or you'll delete your entire database). I verified that everything worked, then I had to get the old sugar-files deleted (which I had to ask the hosting company to do since sugar changed the filepermissions and ownership of lots of files). After some tinkering I had sugar working again.

There's probably a simpler way to do this, but I don't know what that is.
