Nothing showing under history

Ok, so I am new to Sugar and the whole CRM game. I have an install of version 6 on a shared web host for a small group of people (4 people are using it including myself). I am having a problem with the history part of the Opportunities bit. I have created notes right in history and they do not show. And under activities I have done a call and marked it as complete, but it still does not show under history.

What and i missing?

please repair all modules from admin->repair->quick repair to all modules.

I have the same issue.
Version 6.0.3 (Build 4339)

I can click add note, but when I click save, nothing shows up.

Could you please guys confirm if nothing is being showed up even though you press F5 (refresh page) key?
Also I would want to confirm if this behavior is only for History subpanel or it is for Activities subpanel too.
