Notices and warnings when installing modules

Hi,

I have Sugarsuite 4.2.0 installed on a windows server 2003, running IIS6 .

I have attached the diagnostic tool file for the rest of the information.


When i try to install modules, upgrades e.t.c. i get warnings like the following:
