    Default Notifications Not Working

    Hello,


    Under my user setup I have checked the option to be notified on assignment. When I go into a case and assign it to my userid I am not notified that the ticket has been assigned. I have turned on notifications in my email setup and ran a test from the email module to my email address and that works. Where could the problem be? Are there any logs within Sugar I can check to see what may be wrong?

    mavenwire,
    Make sure that you do set up the outbound email at the system leve. Go to Admin/Email Sttings and set up Email Notification Options.
