Office Documents Opening Under following format file[1].doc

Hey all,
Their is my config I attache a document to an account save the account, log off (or not) try to access the file and it opens under the indicated file name under a temp directory on the local machine. The file is saved on a remote server runing Microsoft SBS 2003. The shared folder on the server is mapped to a drive and the file is saved to Sugar with this dirve letter. I can access the file outside of Sugar open modify and save all on the shared folder. At this point I am thinking it is a share violations of some form throught the Windows Network and at a loss as to how a resolution can be acheived.


Any and all help would be greatly appreciated in this matter.
