Hi Everybody,

I have some trouble with the offline client synchronisation.
I'm the administrator so i should have full access every document,contact stored in sugar.
But that"s not the case. It seems to me that my synchronisation is not complete.
I mean the documents, emails and some other informations are not retrieved

Could someone explain me why ?

By the way here is my configuration

Operating system type and version Windows 2003 Server
Sugar Suite version Entreprise 4.2.0d
Webserver type and version IIS 6
PHP version 4.3.6
MySQL server version 4.0.20a-nt
