Offline client when bying Pro?

Hi.
My company has decided that we are in need of the Pro edition of CRM. We noticed that we need to by the offline client sync add on, where do we do that? And when we have done that, where do we install it? On every users computer or on the network? How do they interact with eatchother?

If our annual payment by accident wouldent be payed in time for the Pro edition, what happends to our Pro? Will the database shut down and stop work, or is it just the support and uppdate functions that are "blocked" for us?

You install offline client to your PC, one copy / computer. Basically you install Apache, php and mySQL locally so that you can run Sugar when you're not online. And once you are back online, you can sync your data with the main application.

If your annual license expires, only admins can login and most of the features are disabled until you give new license key.

Actually, she did not answer me. She says that it can't be bought, but when I read the Admin guide for Pro, page 11, it says: If you are using Sugar Pro, you will need to purchase the Sugar Offline Client as a separate add-on Product. So, where do I do that?
