i am not a programmer and dont know if this what i have done is correct so help me out if you have to.

I have built a few modules with olavos module builder and with the upgrade to ver 5, i could not edit them in studio.
a few people sent me in some directions but being a none programmer i was confused, so here lies my solution to the problem.

with module builder create a quick module with one field, and relationships etc. then deploy.

then in the modules directory go to the newly created module and in the metadata folder lies some files. copy the detail/editview and studio ph. files over to your existing module that you are strugling with.

once copied open these files and change the names inside to your modules name.
then open studio, you should now be able to edit the module, but cannot save yet.

go to module directory and rename your editview.php to editviewold.php. then press save and deploy.

worked for me.
