old users

Does anyone know how to remove old users? I can only deactivate but can't delete them. I'm using Sugar 5.1.0 now. Thanks

There is no default functionality in sugar to achieve this. You need to customize the code.

If you don't worry about editing rows into database just update the delete field to 1.

the reason you cannot delete them from Sugar is because if there are any records in the system that were created, modified, or assigned to the users you are trying to delete, then you will lose this information.

If there are no records in the system that were created, edited, or assigned to these users, or if you do not care about losing this historical information, then you can go into the database as the others have suggested and delete them from there.
