One small CRM question

I was wondering if anyone is able to tell me the following, I am using the free version testing it before we decide to go for the full version.

Is there a way to see when user X has logged in, what they have done and logged out? if yes where do I go to see this information?

There is a pretty good trace of what users did in the tracker table in the database.

Attached is a small module that allows you to display it from the Admin panel.

Sorry one final question with regards to this module, is there a way to enable a non admin user to see these details or is it just the admin.

I do not check for admin users in my code, so if you create a shortcut anywhere in the system to index.php?module=Administration&action=TrackerDisp lay it will work for any user.
