One user having problems

Sugar=CE 5.1.0
Apache 2
PHP 5
MySQL 5

I created a custom module and installed it. It has a relationship to Accounts, and shows as a subpanel when displaying an account. All of my users can see the subpanel, edit the entries, etc. except one. That user does not have the subpanel appearing.

I've checked his account settings, and they appear the same as the other users. I went in to the MySQL database and manually deleted the user, the re-created him from Sugar, with no change.

Any ideas where I should look for the problem?

Reset the user preferences for the user facing that issue.
