One way replication of sugar outlook plugin possible?

I have Sugar Outlook Pluging for 2003/2007 (Sugar 4.5.1i) What I am curious on, is if I can do a one way replication of my outlook calander items to Sugar, but not have sugar calandar items replicate back to outlook?

If so, is there a code change in a file I can look at? I do not see any switches in Outlook itself with the plugin installed to only do a 1 way replication.
