Only 'admin' users can enter portal links

Hi,

I have a portal link, but, only users with 'admin' checked in their profile can enter. How can I resolved.

Portal link is GLOBAL and VISIBLE for all users, once again... only 'admin' profiles can enter the portal link

Version is 5.0.0f

in admin -> user management -> layout options

is the users able to see the tab "my portal" ?

in my case i canot let a user just see the portal without adding more.

My Portal is not a view able or selectable configuration, that I can see.

My uses CAN see the custom tab and hit the link, they deinied access unless they have 'admin' privledge added to their profile.
