Open Source 4.5 to Professional 4.5

Hi all,
My company is using Sugar Open Source and we are planning upgrade to Sugar Professional.
Before upgrading we want to know if is possible to migrate our Sugar Open Source 4.5.0e to Sugar Professional 4.5
Is it possible???

Have some upgrade package of this Sugar version?

Are you saying about upgrade wizard in admin module? I know there I can upgrade but I want to know if in the 4.5.0 open source version have a package I can install by upgrade wizard.
