OpensSales Quote won't save

Running Sugar Community edition 5.0.0g

I can create a quote with OpenSales, but when I save it I get an error message:

Fatal error: SubPanel::require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='/home/mydomain/public_html/sugar/include/..:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mydomain/public_html/sugar/include/SubPanel/SubPanel.php on line 85

And there is no quote listed.....
Can someone suggest what the problem is and how I can fix it.

Have you treid to rebuild?
Really I don't know the cause for your problem, but some troubbles are fixed rebuilding or repairing (admin panel)
As your error message is about subpanel, maybe you should try to rebuild relationships or rebuild extensions.
