Operations error

Hi all, i just recently installed sugar on my dev server.
I want it to connect to our LDAP server. It seems to be connecting fine
but if i try to login with an account from ldap it comes up with an operations error?
Any idea what the problem might be?

Could You please elaborate what error are you getting after connecting with new server .
