I want sugar to take out all the admin work we do. I dont have very good knowledge, don't even know how to apply plugins.

Here are some of the things we would like to know if can be done and how to implement.

1/ A customer rings, we input details into SUGAR, and CRM automatically sends a template email based on the client's requested service, and prompts the staff member to follow up by telephone in a pre-determined time. The email contains a link to an application form within SUGAR (see 2).

2. I want customers to input their service requests into an application form in SUGAR (they cannot have access to our internal data), then for the system to send us the job, confirm email and pdf terms automatically send back to client without us needing to create email, pdf terms or sending email.

3. Then the client data needs to somehow go the accounting package (if it can) - MYOB.

4. Our services can go for long time periods, and along the way we need to have reminders to ensure deadlines are not missed. For example, the client may ask us to do 9 services, this may span 6 years. At the end of the 6 years, the client may wish to renew on 6 yearly cycles, so we need an email to go out to client 3 months before, if no response, then our staff must ring to check email hasnt changed.

5. We also need a good content comparison tool so that we can check the text we create against that listed in a 3rd party database. They make mistakes and it takes a lot of time reading the text manually.

6. Installing and using Thunderbird and asertive plugin??? I dont know how to install and want to cross-over from outlook 2007.

Any thoughts, suggestions ideas. But I think i will need a software developer to help. Can I just grab an IT uni graduate to work on it?
