oppertunities missing

hi there

when converting a lead i can create an opertunity.
But then thats it. unles i go back to the lead and open the oppertunitiy from there i see it nowhere else.

Not in reports, no where.
under groupen modules i see it. and configure modules its n the left side with the others.?

please help

You might need to check your ACL role. Some users can see all opportunities and other may only be able to see just their assigned opportunities. The access control is in the Admin -> Roles section.

The other thing that happends often is a saved search of some kind. If you made an advanced search, SugarCRM will remember it - even if you are viewing the basic search. Click on "Clear" to clear all of the search parameters. You'll then be viewing all opportunities available to your user (based on ACL role).

If that fails, make sure it's actually in your Opportunities database table. Also, you might wish to create an Account and Contact when you convert. Just creating an Opportunity might be causing an relation issue. Usually, all Opportunities have to be related to an Account.
