    Default Opportunities Error!

    Hope someone can help.

Let me start by saying that I have searched long and hard for a way for all our people to collaborate effectively. Your product hits the target! We have associates all over the world and this system allows us to work together with ease.

I have a problem with the admin account and one other user in the Opportunities module. I made the mistake of going into the DB using myPHP admin and deleteing a reference to one of the Opportunities that was created. I assume I did not remove all the references correctly and now I get the following error when I select the Opportunities tab...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: generate_search_where() in /home/questfoo/public_html/questcrm/modules/Opportunities/ListView.php on line 82

As I stated this only effects the Admin account and one other user who I assume was a referenced owner of the opportunity. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem without having to reload the entire system? All other modules are working great.

    Sugar Version: Version 4.2.1b
    Sugar Edition: SugarOpen Source
    Category: Opportunities
    Operating System: Windows XP Pro
    PHP Version: PHP 4.4.1
    Perl Version: 5.8.3
Database: mysql Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.16
    Web Server: FreeBSD 4.11

    Thanks in advance... Bob

    Default Re: Opportunities Error!

    What I have done...

I have reset the user accounts to default. This brought back the Opportunities page without any errors.

    GREAT!

I can also add and edit now without getting the error.

    GREAT!

However, when the Dashboard module is selected and in the Pipeline By Sales Stage plot, I click on one of the plot links to get the details and it throws me back to the Opportunities page with the error mentioned in my previous post.

I found the solution... reset the account again and DON'T click on the plot link in the Dashboard.

Of course, this is not the answer I am looking for. Still looking for the answer.

    Thanks... Bob
