Opportunities setup

Hi,

Currently, i have setup roles as below in Roles Management.

1. Sales Manager
2. Sales Team Leader
3. General Manager

Suppose in opportunies, sales manager can only view/list his own record but not higher lever.
As for sales team leader, they can view/list records created by sales manager and also their own, but not general manager,
For general manager, they can view/list all records.

With this rules, how to setup in Roles for Opportunities. Refer to the attachment, its only "All", "Default", "Owner" and "None". I tested with "Owner", obviously, only own record can view/list, but as for "All" and "Default", can view/list all even superior records. This is not true.

Is there anyone can help to explain this probem and any solution for this?

Which version do you use?
I suppose 4.5.1?

CE or OS, PRO, ENT ?

Yes, mine is version 4.5.1h (Build 1104), CE version.
