Opportunities subpanel missing from Accounts detailview

I'm not seeing the Opportunities subpanel on my Accounts detailview. I've checked and the subpanel is defined in the core. I don't see the subpanel in Studio either. I even tried adding the subpanel definition in my custom directory but no change. I'm kind of lost on how to even troubleshoot further. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Check Display Module Tabs and Subpanels under the Admin page to see if Opportunities is in either the Hidden Tabs or Hidden Subpanels lists.
