Opportunities_contacts roles have disapeared.

I'm running 6.1.1 on a linux box. Things have been running flawlessly for a long time.
All of the sudden, today some data simply stopped displaying.

It's the opportunities_contacts table. The data is still in the table, but not displaying in the Opportunities/ Contact sub-panel. If you attempt to edit and add a role for the contact, the drop down values are there and you can select one, but it won't stay upon save. Additionally, the contact name and opportunity name fields are blank.

Anyone have any idea? I did remove on of the drop down items and add a new one. I find it hard to believe that would cause the whole thing to crater. I've tried a rebuild. not sure where else to go now.

Perhaps the table opportunities_contacts is corrupted, try to run mysql check at command line to fix the table.

Thanks for that idea Andre. Everything came back fine though.
Any other thoughts?

Well for now, I have reset the sub-panel back to default and the data shows up. If I customize the view at all it goes away. So I guess the default is great.
