Opportunity popup

I would like to know if it's possible to create a popup to select or create opportunities?
If it is possible, what I have to do?

yes, it is possible.
but in what module do you want this functionality?

I would like it in a module I'have created with module builder. They have some popups already presents in this modules but it's contact popup. I have tried to copying the relative code but it doesn't work.

So I will be really please if you can help me.
