Hi there.
Above is a link which i started and got some response but it still ain't working.

How do i get the opt in field next to mail only to show depending on roles? or maybe get it away in edit view totally and only show in detail view then create another field connected to edit view where you can make it role dependent and then update the opt in and out fields via workflow or trigger or logic hook?

Now how do i do this?
