Dear sugarCRM users,


I send a newsletter and some of leads unsubscribe to it. This information appears in the Campaign view.
The email opt out buton is cheeked (email adresses are underline with a red line).

But, when I send a new issue of our news, they receive my mail.

What did I wrong? Why somebody how has an opt out adress can recieve a mail from sugarCRM? How can I select leads how have not unscribe to my newsletter?
