Default Opt out -- but I want to write to them?

    Hi there,

I am a bit confused -- if someone has been opted out of email (and there email is therefor 'struckthrough', does this impact all mail to t hat contact or just mass mail.

I am hoping that it only stops mas mail because there are supplies/key contact that we don't want to include in broadcasts, but that we would still like to write to from time to time.

    Warm regards,
    Eric

    Hi Eric,

you will still be able to write them an individual email. If the Contact has opted our from a recurring newsletter, then they are just opted out from that newsletter, If they opt out from a regular one-time campaign, then they no longer receive any campaigns.
