Order Capture

Hi,

I hope this is the correct place for a question of this nature.

My company is interested in SugarCRM but I am not clear whether order capture is supported i.e. is it possible to integrate the out of the box tool with an order management system so that sugarcrm captures the customer order (either via a screen or via an interface to a portal) and then sends the details down to the order management system?

The industry area I have in mind is telecoms.
