OS 5.0b Custom Fields do not show on the advanced search layout after save & deploy

I have custom fields from prior versions of Sugar that show up in Studio on the layouts, but when I move them over to the advanced search layout for modules leads and accounts and then press save & deploy. They never show up in the modules advanced search layouts.

You may have to edit the modules/xxx/metadata/searchdefs.php file to add these fields...
